1. All Sales Final (Standard Policy)
Due to the nature of shipping containers and logistics costs, all sales are generally considered final once an order has been confirmed and processed.
2. Condition on Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect the container upon delivery. If there are any visible issues or discrepancies, they must be reported immediately before acceptance.
3. Eligible Returns
Returns or replacements may only be considered in cases where:
- The container delivered is significantly different from what was ordered
- There is proven structural damage not disclosed prior to delivery
- An error was made on our part during fulfillment
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed after inspection and verification. Refunds are issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
5. Shipping & Delivery Costs
Delivery fees are non-refundable once transportation has been arranged or completed.
6. Custom Orders
Custom-modified containers are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled only before dispatch. Once the container has been shipped or prepared for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
